As a 54 year old PT, I understand all our niggles and challenges as we age. I am dedicated to providing personalized training and fitness services for women aged 40 and above.
With over a decade of experience in personal training, I am passionate about empowering women to lead healthier and stronger lifestyles through the process of resistance training.
